Not only are there many empty seats but that special moment seems to have disappeared. Ok Boris Becker is absent at Her Majesty’s Pleasure , Murray and Raducanu out early and Novak The inevitable likely to win again ( yawn ).
The fact is young Raducanu when winning the US Open gave us all hope in life only to be dashed when she left the green carpet and walked the red carpet. How can anyone play Tiffany Tennis adorned in fine jewelry on Centre Court like some glittering advert. Pearl earrings don’t play tennis.
