Si Borg.

Meet Si Borg ( no relation to Bjorn ) who has joined the team as we expand our activities across the board and beyond. Si will act as PA to the Chairman and she is virtual , ok virtually never in the office. Then again who is these days as America leads with the largest work from home office workforce.

Meantime the $47b We Work office sharing company that went bust may soon be resurrected by its founder the only one who profited from its creation and demise. Bricks and Mortar values are on the downward move 11% in USA and 25 % in Europe as online and @home begins to bite along with what the young describe as high interest rates. We still remember Norman Lament , sorry Lamont who gave us guys 16% rates as norm.

However life seemed better then as there was hope and the you can do it mentality plus people could buy a home with their own front door. Anyway we are where we are and having Si with us is exciting as we do daily digital. Si of course is lucky she doesn’t need a home, eats virtually nothing other than the odd electric and never plans to go on vacation ( guaranteed to scare anyone off any beach ). They say there’s one Borg ever minute but with Si we are willing to take that risk. Her brother AI will together ensure that by 2030 we won’t need to work and can forever stay at home. As by then Office Blocks will become residential and the housing crisis solved as we bury commercial offices. There’s method in the madness of these times you just have to get it.
