Cowboy and Indians.

As a young man a popular game played was Cowboy and Indians ( good guys and bad guys in that order) . As I grew older I met some Cowboy builders and the Indians occupied the corner shops.

Today we have a new Lone Ranger cowboy Prime Minister who is Indian , not a Red one but a brown one. His name is Rishi Sunak and he is the Lone Ranger canvassing for election to be Prime Minister on 4th July . I say election not reelection as he was a chosen leader whilst the Conservatives were in power but not by the people.

Rishi was the man that paid everyone’s wages or at least 80% of them during Covid and in two years he’s managed to go from hero to zero in popularity. Today as I met the guys over coffee they all remarked at the immense faux pas he made by not staying at the D Day event on 6th June along with the other World Leaders. It was seen as a massive sign of disrespect as the guys commented ‘ he’s not one of us ‘ . His mistake sealed the deal as the coffin was closed on his Prime Ministership. As I left my friends I remembered the 1.4m Indians that were the good guys that fought for the Allied Forces in both world wars. Sunak had not only let everyone down he let his own people down and badly. Unfortunately we saw our real Cowboy Prime Minister place the lasso around the neck of Office.

King George is seen here pinning a George Cross medal on a brave D Day soldier and to them be the glory and honour. Rishi’s own family had a corner shop, a Pharmacy shop and like Maggie Thatcher from the Grantham shop rose to high office though she would have never erred like this.

Hindus , Sikhs and Muslims seen here rode alongside Tommy into battle and we are forever grateful. On July the 5th Rishi will ride off to the sunset like Tonto , the Lone Ranger’s side partner looking for Ki Mo Sah Bee ( a trusty friend ) , alas I don’t think he has many left. The British public will remember him now only for the wet dousing outside Number 10, the early departure from Normandy and the end of the Conservative Party.
