One line in the lyrics is ‘ democracy is coming to the U S A ‘ . Last night it came as it does do every 4 years and what has been described as the greatest political comeback saw Donald Trump win the Presidency.
Over 71 million people voted for him and 66 million for Harris. Yes the margin between them is around 7% yet American majority want him not her.
There is always anti climax post hype and I sense a veil of depression has descended. The reality is that Trump or indeed any other President will not change the economic era we find ourselves in. The struggle strive to produce energy flies in the face of planet saving and Trump will now boost energy production in all sectors to reduce price and make America great again. Floods , earthquakes et Al will persist ( it’s biblical ).
The Stars and Stripes are printed on his brain and trade war imminent with the likes of China. Meantime our Foreign Minister Lammy Lambasted Trump as a neo Nazi , woman hater testing the so called special relationship or ruining it. Only Nigel has audience with the man but he’s not in power. If Reform make it to Number 10 they will find Trump gone.
Now Kier must cosy up to Don who doesn’t like lawyers. The fact is Donald will not suffer fools gladly. Benjy N was over the moon but Trump may not allow him free money and reign in Israel this time . Putin we are told wanted Harris , free rein but Trump will curb the Cossack . Kim has a friend back and world peace looks possible.
China are nervy as their goods are threatened to be tariffed to the max risking rift and shift which is in no one’s interest. In Turkey this week in Istanbul I saw the reach of brand Trump with his Trump Towers there and real estate becomes real state.
The man is a legend , will now pardon himself and go hunting in revenge mode for those who railed against him. Elon Musk’s giveaway vote for him monies will now get repaid a thousand fold and the Evangelicals will be in line in the White House to lay hands on him.
Another line in Lenny’s song is ‘ it’s coming through a hole in the wall ‘ and Don has vowed to plug all holes in the walls of illegal immigration. We can expect fireworks post firework night and we shall all certainly remember the 5th of November 2024.,
Well done Don commiseration Kamala never to be seen again as the Democrats look for a new leader and to their turn in power again.
