The farmer ploughs the field to turnover the upper soil. Then the nutrients rise the residual crop dies and the furrows ready to plant. The annual process is to maintain productive harvest. Are we returning to the horse pulling plough era or are we going to pull in the new technologies that are out there and encourage those entrepreneurs to stay in Britain and perform with great reward or pillory profit in the social experience that Labour clearly are looking for. The enemy of all is the enemy named average. That’s stagnation guys.
